Everything I Can See From Here

Director: Sam Taylor and Bjorn Aschim for The Line
Producer: Fritzi Nicolaus

Everything I Can See From Here was made over a two year period on zero budget, and more than 30 artists came together to make the film. Directors Sam Taylor and Bjorn Aschim are part of The Line collective of animators, who have made several shorts between them. Find out more about The Line.

The film was nominated for the 2014 Best British Short Animation at the BAFTAs, and it’s not hard to see why. The plot of Everything I Can See From Here is simple but compelling, with beautiful, sparse use of colour and effective highlighting. It’s always good to see dialogue free films that keep you hooked, as this does.
